Adrian Miller is a food writer, James Beard Award winner, attorney, and certified barbecue judge who lives in Denver, Colorado. He’s written books on the history of soul food, African American presidential chefs, and African American barbecue culture. Adrian was featured in the Netflix smash hit "High on the Hog: How African American Cuisine Transformed America."
