Jonathan Norton

Jonathan is the Playwright in Residence at Dallas Theater Center. His play Mississippi Goddamn, which was developed and produced by the South Dallas Cultural Center, was a Finalist for the Steinberg/ATCA New Play Award and won the M. Elizabeth Osborn Award. He is also a recipient of the TACA Donna Wilhelm Family New Works Fund and the Dallas Historical Society Creative Arts Excellence Award. His play penny candy was recently published by Deep Vellum Publishing.
