Tamara Warner

Tamara Warner is the president of the Dallas Area Writers Group (DAWG.)  She serves on the boards of Writers Guild of Texas (WGT) and the Writers Organizations ‘Round Dallas (WORD.) Warner recently became the NaNoWriMo municipal liaison for Ellis County and the southern Dallas County Region. Warner is a country girl whose love affair with poetry and children’s literature was fueled by studies in cross-cultural, industrial, and child psychology at the University of Texas at Austin. Warner also spent years working with young people in juvenile detention systems and participating in adoption studies and cognitive lab tests.
